Who is Keystone? What do you stand for?
Keystone offers a full scope of testing to a number of package testing standards.

What specific accreditations does Keystone have?
Since Keystone is an internationally accredited testing laboratory, our reports are recognized and accepted globally. We are accredited to the International Safe Transit Association (ISTA), ISO 17025, and ASTM International, formerly known as the American Society for Testing and Materials.
How much does it cost to conduct testing at Keystone?
Our prices are straightforward and competitive. There are no hidden fees with our test lab. Throughout the quote process, our technicians will review current regulations to make sure that you are seeking out the most cost-effective test route.
Does Keystone have a price sheet?
No, each quote has a number of different variables and may be significantly different. However, fees for a typical report are built into the nominal prices.
Will there be additional costs for an expedited test?
Most of our programs begin within one week of receipt. However, we charge an additional fee if a test needs to begin within the first or second day of receipt.
How accurately will the product’s test report be conducted?
Keystone Compliance is proud to provide our customers with extremely accurate testing and reports. We ensure that the test will be conducted right the first time. With A2LA accreditation, Keystone has met strict technical competency requirements and quality management system requirements.
How long does the entire test process usually take?
At Keystone, we value your time. We will work to meet your deadlines. We take pride in having a quick turnaround time. We have expanded our facility and equipment capacity to ensure that we can maintain one of the fastest turn around times in the industry.
How can I trust that your engineers will understand my current situation and product background?
Our team of testing engineers has extensive package testing experience and are thoroughly trained on every aspect of the testing process. They make it a priority to stay up to date on new regulations regarding testing procedures.
How does your company provide testing for my specific products?
Our engineers know the current exemptions for testing and how to effectively group products. They are honest and up front throughout the quote process so you can make sure that you are only paying for necessary testing.
Will I be notified when my packaged product is being tested?
From initial quote to final report, you will always know the status of your test. We will update you throughout the test process to ensure that you are getting the most out of the test. Communication is key, especially during development.
What information will be consolidated in my test report?
Our full-time report writers ensure that your reports are completed quickly and accurately. We use the required report templates from Amazon to make sure that your certification is processed. Our international accreditation will ensure that the reports you receive from us are accepted globally.
How do I know that my product information will be kept confidential from my competitors and the public?
We know that privacy is an important part of maintaining your competitive advantage. Keystone does not publish the companies that we work with. You can be confident that your company’s privacy is a priority for Keystone.
Is all of your testing equipment up-to-date?
Our equipment is well maintained and capable of testing anything within our scope of accreditations. Our testing engineers make sure that our equipment is in accordance with testing standards and regulations at all times.
Does Keystone sell test equipment?
Keystone Compliance does not sell equipment of any kind.
Can I get a tour?
The old saying goes like this: “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.” Luckily for you, this is not the case. Keystone would happily provide a tour of our facility to any potential or current customers who might be skeptical of our amazing facility.
As a matter of fact, we fully recommend a tour of the facility for customers that design packages prior to testing.

Hours & Days of Operation
What are Keystone’s hours of operation? When do you close for holidays?
Keystone is open from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday and closed on all federal holidays.
Where can I sign-up for updates and Newsletters?
Keystone does not offer newsletters just yet. However, it is currently in the process of being put together! Make sure to check out our news tab and stay updated for more information!
Do you offer calibration services?
Keystone Compliance does not provide calibration services.
If I have a complaint about Keystone, who can I take my issue to for resolution?
If you ever have an issue that needs to be addressed immediately, please call either office directly via phone during normal business hours. After describing your situation to our representative, you will be connected to the appropriate individual who can help with resolution.
