What It Evaluates
Maintain 95 ±4% RH during peak exposure, using water with pH 6.5–7.5 or resistivity of at least 250,000 Ω-cm. Air velocity must remain 0.5–1.7 m/s, and condensation cannot drip directly onto the equipment.
When It Applies
Applicability depends on the airborne equipment installation, declared category, aircraft environment, and program requirements.
